WOWSER – my head is about to explode from taking in a lot of info. It is absolutely crucial for you to take this course and equipping yourself with this knowledge of how you can take control of anxiety attacks and claim your life back. The more I watched the more I could relate to what happens to me surrounding my anxiety and how a negative and vicious circle clutches hold of you and renders you immobile and hopeless. Lost count of how many functions I ~missed out on~ very sad but true and I intend not to miss any more social functions because I am a shocking mess with palpitations and sweating ~ I have messaged the instructor to say how much this is going to help me and heard back straight away more or less which was a nice touch. I have heard of ,exposure, therapy but didn’t realise it was as manageable as it is. I was so relieved to know that you can do it in your own space and your own pressure so that it is comfortable and not too scary that it puts you off because otherwise I think it could be counterproductive and you can understand why it might put people off. This explains the model so so well that there are no mysteries and you know what you’re supposed to be doing and why you’re doing it. A complete revelation and wish I had found out how manageable it was before now 🙂
INTERESTING AND USEFUL. AS A SUFFERER OF DEPRESSION IT IS HARD TO ARTICULATE HOW I FEEL WHEN I AM PARTICULARLY BAD WITH IT MUCH LESS FEEL MOTIVATED TO TRY AND THINK ABOUT HOW BAD I FEEL. I am familiar with CBT but I was pleased to see that there were loads of techniques that I hadn’t known about. Would I suggest this course to anyone? YES. It is thorough and nothing is left out. Great support from the instructor managed to get extra questions answered and got a reply in less than ten minutes!!!
I have sat through all enjoyed thoroughly almost the entire course. I will be going back over it of course to refresh, but it is beyond good and clearly wrote by a professional therapist. A nice welcome message and a sense of being comfortable to be able to ask the lady anything. just looking at other courses by her now.
